Many would-be pupils probably ask themselves: how do I decide which firm to go to?  To us, the answer is simple: when choosing a firm, it is important that you choose a place of work that will be conducive for your development; so take a look at the firm’s culture.  Can you see yourself working there?

At RDL, we believe in creating an environment that is professional, yet open and warm.  The RDL Culture can be summed up as follows:
  • All our lawyers, pupils and associates alike, are regarded as an integral part of the firm.  Pupils are often included in discussions on cases and points of law. 
  • Every member of the team should have a commitment to professionalism and taking care of clients’ interests at all times.
  • Partners lead by example, being the first to roll up their sleeves to get down to work.
To foster camaraderie and team spirit, the Sports Committee, led by a partner, organizes various events (within and/or outside the office) throughout the year, including the Annual Dinner and Dance.   Treasure hunts, quarterly dinners, firm trips and sporting events such as indoor games, futsal and badminton are some of the things that you can look forward to as a part of our firm.
